TV Pilot Season
Now that I have been birthed from film school's loins and have taken my first baby steps into the industry with my first job on a show, I've been reading the trades with more frequency like a grown up. I've been paying particular attention to pilot season this year. For all y'all aspiring TV folks, John August had an awesome post on TV staffing season written by a guy named Daniel Thompson who has written for Melrose Place and The Sarah Connor Chronicles. As a aspiring scribe I found it fascinating.
